3. Cancellation by the Client

Clients may request cancellation of a project by providing written notice via email.

If cancellation occurs:

• Before work has commenced: A full refund of any advance payment may be issued, after deducting any applicable payment gateway or banking charges.

• After work has commenced but before significant milestones are completed: A partial refund may be considered at our discretion, after deducting charges for work already completed.

• After a major project milestone or final delivery: No refund will be provided.

4. Subscription Services

For recurring services such as maintenance, hosting, chatbot support, or software subscriptions:

• You may cancel future renewals at any time by providing notice before the next billing cycle.

• Fees already paid for the current billing period are generally non-refundable unless required by applicable law.

5. Client Delays

If a client delays providing required content, approvals, credentials, or other necessary information for more than 30 days, the project may be placed on hold.

Such delays do not entitle the client to a refund.

6. Third-Party Services

Payments made to third-party providers (such as domain registrars, hosting providers, Meta, payment gateways, SMS providers, or WhatsApp Business API providers) are subject to the refund policies of those providers and are generally non-refundable through NOVAFLOW AUTOMATIONS.

7. Duplicate or Incorrect Payments

If you are charged more than once for the same order due to a technical error, please contact us within 7 days. After verification, the duplicate amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

8. Refund Processing

Where a refund is approved, it will typically be processed within 7–14 business days using the original payment method, subject to banking and payment provider processing times.

9. Exceptions

Refunds will not be issued for:

• Change of mind after work has begun.

• Delays caused by the client.

• Services already delivered.

• Issues caused by third-party platforms or service providers beyond our control.
